We are looking for a dedicated person to join our team as a Coach. The role will involve teaching children and adults for both individuals and group lessons of all levels and helping to care for our equine team. This position requires an organized, enthusiastic, fun person who enjoys bringing the best out in others.

Our diverse centre combines many parts of the industry from BHS training to grass roots riders. The team are vibrant and enjoy all this busy environment has to offer.
Hours of Work: Hours of work: 42 Hours a week. Entitled to 28 days Holiday a year (Holiday year 1st Jan to 31st December)

The assistant yard manger will need to have practical experience working in the equine industry and have a sound knowledge of all areas of horse care. Dedicated and able to take responsibility, they are the go-to person for any problems that may arise on their working day. Communication with the yard manger is essential to maintain consistency.
The BHS Stage 4 Senior Yard Manager qualification would be desirable but confidence in the following is essential: client and staff management, knowledge of workplace legislation, yard and grassland maintenance and a high level of horse care and management.
Hours of Work: Hours of work: 8 hours per week (Every Sunday) Entitled to 5.5 days Holiday a year (Holiday year 1st Jan to 31st December)
