Full-Time Trainee Instructor / Groom
Murton Equestrian Centre

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Trainee Instructor/Groom to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive equestrian environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Murton Equestrian Centre as a centre of excellence
  • Deliver high-quality group and private riding lessons
  • Teach both children and adults, building and maintaining a regular client base
  • Support riders in progressing towards their full potential
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times
  • Follow and promote safe working practices in line with Health & Safety policies
  • Assist with general yard duties and horse care

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum BHS Stage 1 or be willing to take the qualification.
  • First Aid (desirable, training can be provided)
  • Safeguarding Certificate (desirable, training can be provided)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Basic administrative skills, including lesson planning
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
